What are the delivery times?

Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed, via Chronopost, and are delivered in 2 to 4 business days in mainland France (depending on the destination abroad).

Made-to-order products (surf stand): shipped within 3 business weeks.

How are the products protected in transit?

Items are shipped in recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes to limit their carbon footprint.

Which countries do you ship to?

Mainland France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland and Norway.

How much does it cost?

Mainland France: free shipping on orders over €50, otherwise €8.80.

Spain and Portugal: free shipping on orders over €90, otherwise €15.

Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland): free shipping on orders over €130, otherwise €22.

Switzerland and Norway: free shipping on orders over €180, otherwise €30.

Customs fees (Switzerland and Norway)

For orders shipped to Switzerland and Norway, local VAT, any customs duties and the carrier's clearance fees may be charged on delivery. These costs are paid by the recipient and are outside EDERRAK's control. We recommend checking with your country's customs service before ordering.

Can I return or exchange my products?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can choose a refund, an exchange for another item or a store credit. Return shipping is at your expense, unless we made an error or the product is defective.

Items must be returned complete and in their original condition. Worn or damaged items are not eligible for exchange or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
