OUR CONCEPTS

EDERRAK was born in 2021.

Here in Biarritz, we are fortunate to be at the cradle of European surfing. Yet, we are confronted with the omnipresence of waste all year round. Finding a way to reuse these materials is not just useful, it is essential.

Our challenge? To combine recycled materials with the need to store and display your boards. After recycled plastic (Plastic Serie), we paved the way for recycled wood fibers (Wood Serie), and then cardboard (Cardboard Serie).

Where are EDERRAK products made?

Our suppliers are French and produce the materials in their workshops in the Basque Country, Gironde, and the Île-de-France region. For cutting and machining, we rely on trusted local Basque-Landes providers. The cardboard for the Cardboard Serie is manufactured by our partner specializing in cardboard furniture.

What colors are available, and is customization possible?

We offer many colors, which vary according to the materials available from our suppliers. The combinations are endless: do not hesitate to contact us for customization.

How to maintain EDERRAK products?

Plastic Serie: a simple cleaning with water is sufficient. For stubborn dirt, use white vinegar and a microfiber cloth. With regular use, the material may develop a patina or get scratched: fine sanding will restore its original appearance.

Wood Serie: dust and clean with a slightly damp cloth and neutral soap, avoiding prolonged exposure to water. A natural oil enhances its resistance to humidity.

Cardboard Serie: for indoor use only, keep dry.

What types of boards are they for?

We have carried out the necessary tests to guarantee the strength of our racks. They are suitable for all types of boards: shortboards, mini-mals, longboards, etc.
