Here are the most important points of the general conditions of sale :
- Payment by credit card is secure, when you enter your credit card numbers you are no longer on the website www.ederrak.com but on the secure Stripe banking server.
- Delivery times vary between 24 hours and 10 working days depending on product availability.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the total amount of the order and the country of delivery.
- Withdrawal period : you have 14 working days to return the product(s) in their original packaging(s); return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- In the event of an order error on our part, we will provide you with a free return slip.
- Regarding the delivery of the products , you must open the package before signing the carrier's receipt, and make complaints on the transport receipt if you notice a problem. You are entitled to refuse the package if the product is damaged. If you do not sign the transport receipt with a precise description of the damage, no claim can be made.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 - Scope and modification of the general conditions of sale
- These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.ederrak.com
- www.ederrak.com reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time.
- In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
Article 2 - Availability of products
- Our product offers are valid while stocks last.
- Our stocks are updated daily .
- Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability of the product(s) ordered.
- In the event of unavailability , we undertake within 8 days from the validation of the order either to deliver the product ordered, or to offer you a similar product at a similar price, or to reimburse you.
- The order validation date corresponds to the acceptance of your order by our banking service.
- If one of the products in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before shipping the rest of your order.
Article 3 - Price
- www.ederrak.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated to you at the time of your order , subject to availability on that date.
Article 4 - Payment methods and security
Payment terms :
You can make the payment:
- By bank card : no banking information concerning you passes through the site www.ederrak.com . Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure ; your order will be recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment by our banking service.
- By Paypal .
- By bank transfer : Your order will be registered and validated upon receipt of payment. www.ederrak.com cannot guarantee 100% availability for orders paid by bank transfer.
Security : Your credit card data is encrypted using the TLS 1.2 protocol (Transport Layer Security) and never passes unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. www.ederrak.com has no access to this data and does not store it on its servers. This is why you are asked for it again for each new transaction on our site.
Retention of title clause : The products remain the property of www.ederrak.com until full payment of the order. However, from the time of delivery, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.
Default of payment : www.ederrak.com reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is currently being administered.
Anti-fraud controls :
- As part of these procedures, our services may be required to ask you for all the documents necessary to release your order: proof of address and debit in your name, etc.

Article 5 - Delivery terms
- You will receive an email when you validate your order, to access detailed information about our different delivery services, order preparation and parcel shipping.
- www.ederrak.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery by La Poste or any other carrier.
General:
- Products purchased on the site www.ederrak.com are deliverable worldwide, except in exceptional cases.
- For parcel tracking reasons, we are unable to deliver orders to bases or other military premises, hospitals and holiday centres.
Shipping Procedures:
- Orders are shipped early in the afternoon, every day of the week, excluding public holidays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Delivery times :
- Delivery may vary from 1 to 10 working days for mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, subject to product availability (in accordance with article 2).
- Delivery may vary from 4 to 60 working days for French overseas departments and territories and foreign countries, subject to stock availability (in accordance with article 2).
- This is an average time depending on destination, shipping method and item availability.
Delivery methods :
- The ordered product is delivered by post or by an independent carrier, depending on the nature of the product ordered and to the address appearing on the order form.
From package to delivery :
- You must check the conformity of the delivered goods at the time of delivery and before signing the carrier's delivery note. You must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product, etc.). This verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the buyer, or a person authorized by them, has signed the delivery note.

64200 BIARRITZ - If the products need to be returned to us , they must be returned within three working days of delivery. Any claim made outside of this period will not be accepted. The return of the product will only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
- If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, open , you must then check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, you must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because open or damaged). We remind you that if you refuse the package, the return is free by post within 72 hours.
Article 6 - Responsibilities
- www.ederrak.com cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire. The choice and purchase of a product are placed under the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The total or partial impossibility of using the products, in particular due to hardware incompatibility, cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the liability of www.ederrak.com .
- In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have a maximum of one year (from the date of departure from our warehouses) to make your complaint. Beyond this period we will not accept any complaints.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code , the consumer has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of outward and return costs:
- The product must be returned in good condition, accompanied by all accessories (examples: instructions, assembly tools, guarantees, etc.), in its original packaging, and unused.
- The right of return cannot be exercised for items that can be copied (DVD, Video, etc.) unless they are returned to us within the time limit and unopened.
Return procedure :
- The return costs in the event of withdrawal will be your responsibility.
- The return costs for a product declared not to conform to the order will be borne by www.ederrak.com , in this case we will provide you with a free return slip .
- This right of return can only be accepted for complete products , in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) with a copy of the purchase invoice.
- Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted, they will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
- We undertake to provide you with an exchange, credit or refund within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the products by us. No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted for any reason.
Article 8 - Guarantees and after-sales service
- Our goods are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defect for a period of 24 months, from the date of delivery.
- The presentation of the paid invoice will be strictly required prior to any implementation of our guarantee.
- Interventions under the guarantee cannot have the effect of extending the duration of the guarantee.
- To benefit from the guarantee, all goods must first be submitted for acceptance by www.ederrak.com . Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Under this guarantee, the only obligation incumbent on
www.ederrak.com will be the free replacement or repair of the goods or the element recognized as defective by our services, unless this method of compensation proves impossible or disproportionate, in which case we will reimburse the price of the good recognized as defective.
Exclusions - Excluded are apparent defects, faults and deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, by an external accident (incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, abnormal use, etc.), by the intervention of a third party, or by a modification of the product not foreseen or specified by www.ederrak.com
Article 9 - Data protection and freedom provisions
- At any time, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (art 34 of the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978).
- Through us, and with your prior consent, you may be led to receive proposals from other companies.
